This is profound.

It is so profound – profound, I tell you – I may swoon... perhaps at some point later this week... if I have time.

From the Goracal in The Independent, UK, on “Live Earf Concert” Saturday:

"We are in a transition time in history when the only way we can get to where we need to be is by starting from where we are," [Al Gore] said.

Stunning, huh? This dunce was Vice President of the United States, for cryin’ out loud. Embarrassing…

And this, from a genius in the audience, about measures to compensate for the energy used at the Live Earf Concerts:

"People leaving their lights on at home when nobody's there is going to eat up electricity," [Jayme Fine] said.

"If we all just remember to shut those off, it's OK for us to have an event like this."

Now, *that’s* rocket science.
